responsibility from beginning to end.
   We are a fully insured and licensed laboratory
with approvals by IAS-ISO/IEC 17025, ICC, CCRL,
OSHPD, AASHTO, ACI, CALTRANS, The Department
of Health Services Radioactive Materials, The City of
San Diego, and The City of Los Angeles.
   We provide classroom training; our Inspectors, Technicians,
and Engineers are involved in continuing
education. We make Special Inspections an asset to
your project.
   Our goal is to provide Architects, Engineers, Builders,
Developers, Owners and Contractors a safe, cost
efficient, profitable, quality structure.

Insure all testing is performed in accordance with ASTM, UBC, ICC and Manufacturer's recommendations

Reviews Laboratory Operations
Manage and participate in all internal and external quality system reviews and audits
Implement technical training programs approved by the principal engineer
Oversees all quality system training
Conducts soils estimates

Placing the proper certified inspectors on projects throughout Southern California
Coordinating projects with superintendents and/or project managers
